Only students enrolled in public and private universities and community colleges in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan can participate.
The university and community colleges must be accredited and recognized by the entity authorized to do so in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Students cannot participate individually.
Students must apply for the prize as a team consisting of a minimum of two and a maximum of six people.
Students can participate with more than one application. The university and community colleges can participate with more than one team.
The app can be developed initially in either English or Arabic, as per the preference of the developer. However, it should ultimately support bilingual functionality to cater to users who prefer both languages at later stages.
Mobile applications and solutions must be developed at the university and community colleges, by the students themselves.
If the application is for Android, please make sure to upload the .apk file, in case the application is for Apple, please upload an operational iOS version on Apple TestFlight platform.
